Yesterday I picked up a copy of the current Cleveland Magazine - the top story is to eat local. One might think that would be difficult in the winter given our climate, but au contraire, according to one local farmer interviewed "We're in a microclimate along Lake Erie that's unlike any other in the world...Some of the best vegetables in the world are grown in this climate."
