Earlier this morning Lakewood resident and fellow shutterbug, Jim O'Bryan, captured a double rainbow over the local sewage treatment plant and shared it on the Lakewood Observer, Check it out.... and to think this picture was taken with a phone! 

Kudos to Jim for being up bright and early and sharing the joy and sight with us! Wow!!
