I caught this tussle between a crow and a hawk (I'm think it is a Cooper's hawk) while walking by Grant Elementary School in the center of Lakewood an unusual location for this bit of wild kingdom!
I could make out no winner in this fight - after a couple minutes of aerial acrobats hawk and crow retreated to distant corners. But who knows maybe they were resting up for round 2!
